1. Description of  Products:

 

Alumina ball is widely used in Ceramic industry,cement industry, paint industry, Color industry, 

chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry, coating industry and mining industry. The advantages 

are: high hardness, good toughness, high density,good erosion resistance, regular shape etc.

(2) Production system&equipment:

we are using high temperature roller kiln (totally 2 kilns with each 250 meters length and

Max.1650 degree centigrade) to sinter the alumina ball, which enable us to producer higher

and more stable quality alumina ball due to the temperaturedifference of roller kiln is much 

smaller than that of tunnel kiln used by other manufacturers. The prominent features of 

alumina ball sintered by roller kiln are : 

1) higher density  2) lower wear loss  3) more stability of quality
